  6. Charlotte says:

On the 11th anniversary of our first date he PROPOSED!! When he asked me to marry him I could only stammer, “Are you winding me up?!!!” Now I have my beautiful ring I just need to shop for the dress, venue and LOTS of ideas which I know we’ll find at the NEC Wedding Show. When my sister was getting married we all went there and had a GREAT day out…now it’s my turn, can’t wait so please treat us!

  7. Sian Mckenzie says:

My friend and I got engaged at the same time and are planning weddings for next year. We live at opposite ends of the country and would love to get together at Earls Court to get excited about our big days, look for ideas and generally gossip about wedding plans. We’re fed up with people’s (fiance’s) eyes glazing over every time we start talking about flowers, favours and dresses and need the enthusiasm of each other and other brides.

  8. Suzanna Hudson says:

My Fiance and I can’t wait to go to the National Wedding Show, in London, in September. We have so much to plan and order for next year and we know that at the Show we will be able to meet some exceptional suppliers and organise so much in just one day and all under one roof! I can’t wait to try on the catwalk dresses – all whilst sipping a cool glass of champagne! Fabulous -what a fantastic day it will be!

  9. Sam Thomas says:

My fiancé and I would love to go to the Wedding Fayre at the NEC because….

Well actually, he wouldn’t but he’s gonna come with me “cos he loves me!”. Not having to pay for the tickets will give him one less thing to moan about while he’s there!

  10. Anna Guest says:

We are having our evening reception on our 8th wedding anniversary themed “Better 8 than never” after running away to Las Vegas for the original wedding! Ooops!
We would like a really nice ‘do’ with full big white dress and everything, but we need inspirational ideas.
We would like to make it a night to remember for all, be different but not cheesy, but above all .. keep within hubbys ‘tight’ budget (typical man syndrome).

  11. Justine Berry says:

We’d like free tickets to the National Wedding Show because everything else is so bloody expensive.

  12. catherine says:

i would love to win these tickets for my friend who is already married but doing it all again 8 years later and it would be a brilliant gift for her

  13. Emma Storey says:

I would love to win tickets to the show at the NEC (any date) so that I can help my Mum choose a gorgeous outfit to give me away in. My Mum is on the road to recovery after surviving breast cancer and I want my special day to be just as special for her.
I would also like to get some ideas on how I could surprise my husband to be on the day, apart from looking stunning of course!!

  14. Ryan says:

As I suprised my fiancee with an engagement ring last week, I’d like to suprise her with tickets to the show too! (Sadly due to the cost of the ring I’m skint, so need to win them!). The national wedding show seems the perfect place for me to learn what I should like, the difference between ‘blush’ and ‘pink’ and why there are no fried eggs at a wedding breakfast.

  15. Cindy says:

I would love to attend the wedding show with my daugter Yolande as she is currently planning her wedding> I would like to show her as many possible ideas in order for her to make up her mind and have the best wedding ever

  18. Linda Moffatt and David Christian says:

We would love to win tickets to the wedding show to enable us prepare for the best day of our lives. The wedding show covers all areas and has everything we need to help us create our perfect day.

We also think that if GOK saw us he would fall over himself to assist us with our plans and to work with my gorgeous fiance.

  19. Liz says:

I really want these tickets so i can take my best friend, who is literally planning the wedding alone (fiancee works abroad), and is very close to just going to the registrar and avoiding the hassle of celebrations as she has no ideas and no clue and is sinking into despair and the wedding is in 8 MONTHS with no venue/dress or anything!!! This would be perfect!!! I CANNOT let her celebrate the most important day of her life in a registrar office or NANDOS!!

  20. Jenny says:

    Next September is the date
It can’t be sorted out by fate
Please help us in our ideas quest
I’ll take my daughter as my guest

    Favours, flowers and fascinators
    Bridesmaids, beads and decorators
    Chocolate fountain, wedding band
We need to have a helping hand

She’s turning into a real pain
At wedding show we’re bound to gain
I hope our plea will melt your heart
We need these tickets – please help us start!

  21. Lisa Orchard says:

I would really love to go to the show as I am starting my PhD soon and want/need to get as much organised as possible otherwise h2b as threatened to take over the wedding plans! Eek – as much as I love him, this is someone who has said he wants Cliff Richard songs played at the reception – please help me or our guests are doomed to a night of dodgy entertainment and mismatched colours!

  22. Lynn Dearn says:

    My Daughters getting married

    To take away the pain

With all the things we’ll see
With make up shoes and all the rest
