For all you Scarlett O’Hara girls who are going to marry your Rhett Butler, this is the dress for you, and if anyone else doesn’t like it, “quite frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn”.  Sorry couldn’t help that.  This dress from Mori Lee ticks all the boxes for fans of Gone with the wind, who want to make a real impression.  It’s available in white, teal, purple and moss and comes in size 6-24.  It has contrast embroidery detail on the corset which ties at the back, and a flattering off the shoulder neckline.  The ruched ballgown skirt has removable flowers, but I think they just finish off this lavish, romantic gown.   Back

    If you click on the link to the Mori Lee website, pick English, then pick collection book you will find this style of dress in the Vizcaya collection by Madeleine Gardner. They may not have this exact dress as this article was posted back in March, but they do have very similar styles.

    Wow this dress is beautiful, to bad I’m only 13, yet I have watched Gone With The Wind and loved it!!
    We do this thing at my school called ‘Legends Day’ And I’m going as Scarlet O’Hara :) . Gotta love her!!

    OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the dress of my dreams i wanted a dress like this for my proms, but i never did get one, but seeing as im gettin married sometime within the next year and a half..(yeah we got lazy, but we wanted to pick everything out before we agreed on a date, and i have been looking for dresses everywhere… and i saw this when i was looking for different colored wedding dresses i told my bestie, “darlin this is the dress we got to get it” OH MY GOD!!!

    BEAUTIFUL, and yes I absoulutly love Gone With the Wind, my grandmother showed it to me when i was very young and now ten to twelve years later i want to wear a dress simalier to hers.
