If you thought ice sculptures were just for the rich and famous celebrity bashes then think again.  Modern technology means that a beautiful ice sculpture can now be made by machine rather than a hammer and chisel.  Ice Innovations by Icebox look just as good as a hand carved original but are a fraction of the price.  A 1m high wedding ice scupture like the one above starts at around £200 + VAT and setup.  They arrive in special insulated package and are a good for 2 hours before removing it into position.  I guess timing is pretty key but as long as it looks good to create that initial wow factor I dont suppose it really matters if the dolphin looks more like a giant ice banana at the end of the evening.
